   It’s Daryll,Videogamerdaryll,TSMMR 47..The Pocketbike Guy who raced with you in Sandy Hook Maryland last season..
   I ride the red and white pocketbikes..

   I’m so happy to see the Series..I didn’t see it until today,
   I won’t be there on the 27th though…
   Truthfully my wife has inventory at her store and is going nuts trying to cope with it..She’ll be done early April so I plan to be at Sandy Hook On ..April 24th Racing or if there is a date before.

   I want to be part of this series,Seeing this today has made my day.

   Hello,

   Someone told me that you can rent cars at the racetrack to race. Is this true and if so what is the cost? Thanks.

   here in muncie indiana they want to ban 49cc scooter/mopeds what do u think

     Not sure how they can ban a vehicle that is street legal on state roads and federal highways which I know they can not do it period, Now all states, cities, townships and so on can have their own little laws for some allow golf carts throughout their town , some states counties and so on allow go carts with certain features to cruise around but NO ONE can ban city wide. A scooter that has a engine above 49cc and goes over 30 is considered a motorcycle in all states everywhere in US. Now they coul dbe banning small scooters that are simply not DOT approved which a lot of states do well all and some cities counties and so on take it a step further. In some places they have raised the speed restriction from 30 to 40 and some like NJ call everything a motorcycle and all have tags and motorcycle license.

     Its all in ones definention of a scooter. A 300cc Vespa is called a scooter by all except when getting tags or license than its a motorcycle they are not going to be able to ban this scooter or Honda or Suzuki that would be a ban on motorcycles.

    there going to do it by inspection they canot go over 25mph if they do they wont let u redgister it?they will be baned but its the only vechicle that is inspected.or the only scooter in its class to be redgistered.

    I would not think they will spend money to ride these scoots to find out, the one thing I am sure or least I would hope is that free enterprise and I know for sure taxes and fees are not ignored which means there is no way they will not collect, its all about those fees, there are also very large companies making scooter like Yamaha that the Zuma 50 goes over 25 out of the box are they going to take away the local Yamaha dealers sales for these scooters I do not think so all it takes is one broad member to own a scooter who rides a 50 who will not let his savings on gas be taken away
